I have enjoyed the pleasure of working with my daughter Kim Summitt on two occasions; and both produced ready, willing and able buyers. Last year, she sold one of my remaining mountain listings located in North Park; prior to my retirement with Hayden Outdoors, to an amazing buyer. The property, which had been on the market for over 4 years, was off grid. The home was a custom, constructed at 9,330' elevation, and was specifically built for hunting and snow mobile utilization.
